My celebrant story…
It is a great honour and a privilege to share special moments in people’s lives, which is why I have found my true vocation as a celebrant. I have always enjoyed working with people during my careers in public relations and in particular teaching, but it is as a celebrant that I am most at home.
After achieving a 2:1 in English Literature at Manchester University, I used my creative and linguistic skills in various jobs, including teaching English in a high school and teaching English as a foreign language in Vietnam. I enjoyed extensive travelling and have friends all over the world.
At the beginning of 2017 I was encouraged to consider a career as a celebrant and have not looked back since. As a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants, I benefit from belonging to a professional body and I am passionate about and devoted to supporting people at significant moments in their lives and helping them to create cherished memories.
My commitment to you…
Whatever occasion you’re planning, you can be assured that I’ll be on hand every step of the way to listen, advise and support – from your initial contact until the day itself. Whether we’re crafting a wedding, funeral, naming ceremony, renewal of vows, or anything else, you will receive a bespoke, personalised service. I put my heart into every ceremony!
If you need a little inspiration for things like readings, music, vows or rituals, I can help! But the most important thing is your ideas, your values and your story – I will listen to every word to ensure that your ceremony complies with your wishes and perfectly reflects who you are.
Based in Crewe, I work mostly across Cheshire and Staffordshire but can often travel further afield – so please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Your perfect ceremony…
With a celebrant you can mark the most important days of your life in a way that holds true meaning for you – your loves, your values, your story.
